Bristol Ladies Rugby require a Squad Manager to work as an intrinsic member of the rugby management team.

Your Main Responsibilities: 

  • To manage all match day requirements home & away and liaise with Match day officials
  • To be responsible for the match day GMS system; uploading the team sheet prior to match day, completion of match cards and recording of game significant events.
  • Responsible for all player and staff training and match kit
  • Ensuring that all kit needs are met for both players and staff, maintaining stock levels
    and the preparation for both training and matches.
  • Ensure all match day kit is compliant with competition regulations
  • Distribute training and match kit to all players and staff.
  • Ensuring that all kit needs are met for both players and staff, maintaining stock levels
    and the preparation for both training and matches.
  • Liaise with the Club CEO and Commercial Manager regarding stock levels
  • Liaise with partners (kit suppliers) to ensure kit levels are maintained
  • Launder, dry, store and set out training and match kit for all First Team players and staff
  • Prepare and set out the team dressing room and coaches’ room ahead of all home and
    away fixtures
  • Liaise with the Logistics Manager for match kit confirmation
  • Monitor and record stock levels of training and match kit, including monthly stock
    checks.
  • Recruit volunteers for home match merchandise selling.
  • Liaise with Head Coach and set out equipment required for training sessions
  • Attend meetings as directed by Head Coach and the CEO.
  • Comply with all Club regulations regarding policies, procedures, health, safety and
    security
  • To be responsible for all team travel and accommodation requirements
  • To promote and foster a team culture where everyone feels valued and a part of Bristol Ladies family.
  • Establish effective systems and processes to manage and monitor the teams organisational requirements.
  • All other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of the role
