The Bristol Rugby Academy has provided the first team with some of the best young players in the modern game. In recent years, the Academy has seen the likes of Iain Grieve, Redford Pennycook, Luke Eves and James Phillips come through the ranks and are quickly establishing themselves as regular first team players.

Iain Grieve (pictured above) represented England in the U19 World Championships in Dubai and also made his England U21 debut in 2005-6. Luke Eves has captained England U20's and was selected in 2009 Toshiba Junior World Championships.

In the 2008/9 season, Ollie Hayes made his first team debut whilst in the Bristol Academy, coming on against Bath at The Rec. He went on to make a further two appearance for the Bristol XV, away agaist London Irish and in Bristol's last home game of the season against London Wasps.
