Bristol have guaranteed top spot in the Greene King IPA Championship ahead of the trip to the Richmond Athletic Ground, but the full back insists there will be no let up in intensity.

“We know what a tough side London Scottish are and we have prepared for this game like any other,” Slowik told bristolrugby.co.uk.

“It’s important that we don’t take our foot off the gas, because we haven't achieved anything yet – we’re still building and we want to take that winning momentum into the semi-finals of the league and cup.

“Obviously, there’s plenty of confidence in the group because we are playing good rugby and finding some consistency in our performances.

“However, we’ve said all season it’s about peaking at the right time, so we can’t afford to slip off this weekend against Scottish.

“Everybody in the squad is focused on the task ahead and whoever gets selected will be wanting to stake a claim ahead of the end-of-season play-offs.”
