A new role has been created to assist with the delivery of day to day IT to Bristol Sport and its associated customers.

The role will be a junior role assisting with logging 1st, 2nd and 3rd line calls and following them through to successful resolution with our partnership network.

Further to this the right candidate will assist in delivering IT projects and ensuring SLA’s from the partnership network are achieved.


Log 1st and 2nd Line calls and drive them through to resolution.

Drive multiple projects from start to finish making sure we hit every milestone along the way

Identify key milestones and lead times to make sure all milestones are met

Document a project plan showing tasks, lead times, dependencies, owners, and dates

Keep the team aware of key deliverables and stay on top of task owners about upcoming deliverables

Provide regular readouts on project status to stakeholders and internal teams

Ensure SLA’s from partners and suppliers are achieved.


2+ years of experience in an IT or IT project management.

Understanding of the functions and purpose of a PMO.

Proven ability to coordinate/manage multiple suppliers.

Working knowledge in all aspects of the project management life cycle.

Excellent communications, conflict management, problem solving and leadership skills along with the ability to flex with the corporate culture.

Working knowledge of PRINCE 2 methodologies.

Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Sharepoint)


Degree in computer science or IT related field or qualified experience
