Titans set for semi-final

Rotherham Titans prepare for their maiden outing in the Greene King IPA Championship semi-finals, when the South Yorkshire side face Bristol on Saturday (2.45pm KO).

Guided by the youngest Head Coach in English professional rugby, Lee Blackett has steered the Titans to the knockout stages in his rookie season.

Having virtually rebuilt a new squad over the summer, the Titans have consistently proven themselves to be one of the strongest sides in the league, losing only six times on the way to a fourth place finish.

Bristol, have beaten Rotherham on three occasions this season, including a 39-24 quarter final success in the British & Irish Cup.

The Titans have lost just once in their last six league outings - going down 34-17 at home to Leeds Carnegie.

Following Saturday's semi-final first leg, Rotherham welcome Bristol to Abbeydale RFC on Saturday, 17 May (6.05pm KO).
