Gloucestershire Fall To Kent Defeat
Kent U20s 25-16 Gloucestershire U20s
Gloucestershire U20s fell to a disappointing 25-16 defeat at the hands of Kent U20s in Pool Four of the National U20 Championships on Sunday.
Ed Sheldon and Angus Hodges (pictured) touched down for tries, but it wasn’t enough to prevent the hosts recording victory at Barts & London RFC.
Sheldon had handed Gloucestershire an early lead, but were pegged back before the interval by Seb Nagle-Taylor’s close range effort.
Guy Hilton and a Nagle-Taylor second score put Kent in control and, despite Hodges’ effort, Mike Panaho’s side came up short.
