Get Involved In Break The Cycle

Foundation's annual event announced

The Bristol Rugby Community Foundation have launched the annual ‘Break The Cycle’ event for 2014.

Now in its fourth year, Break The Cycle has grown significantly, with over 170 cyclists – including the entire Bristol Rugby first team squad – taking part in the one-day challenge last summer.

The event, which takes place on Sunday, 1 June 2014, sees participants cycle a 101-mile route between Bath’s Recreation Ground, Gloucester’s Kingsholm and the Memorial Stadium.

“Break The Cycle has proven to be a vital source of funding for the Foundation and, last year, funded our Future Stars rugby and multi-sport programme for over 15,000 local young people,” said Foundation CEO Ben Breeze.

“I’d like to thank every single person who has taken part in the past three years. I cannot emphasise strongly enough how important the funds raised have been in our continued success.”
