Bristol make seven changes for Albion
Jack Tovey is set for his first start of the campaign when Bristol face Plymouth Albion at Brickfields on Saturday (3pm KO).
The homegrown Academy product is one of seven changes to the side that beat Nottingham last weekend, as Andy Robinson’s men go in search of a seventh straight win in all competitions.
Club Captain James Grindal and Andy Short return to the backline, while Nicky Robinson earns a maiden start in the Greene King IPA Championship.
In the pack, Bruce Douglas comes in for the injured James Hall, while Iain Grieve and Ben Skirving are included in a new-look back row.
Bristol continue with a four forwards and three backs split on the replacements bench, as Bryan Rennie returns to the 22-man squad.
