Sign Up For 'Club Together' Initiative

Free 'best practice' seminars for Combination Clubs Available

As part of Bristol Rugby’s initiative to work with Combination Clubs to raise the standard of rugby in the area, we have launched a new Club Development evening at the Memorial Stadium.

Taking place on Wednesday and completely free of charge, Bristol Rugby are inviting representatives from each Combination Club to sign up for a series of ‘best practice’ seminars.

Hosted by Heads of Department at Bristol Rugby, there are a maximum of twenty places per seminar.

7.15pm - 7.40pm and 7.45pm - 8.10pm: Coaching Senior Rugby from Andy Robinson (Director Of Rugby) and Sean Holley (First Team Coach)

7.15pm - 7.40pm and 7.45pm - 8.10pm: Coaching Junior Rugby from Mike Hall (Academy Manager) and Matt Sherratt (Academy Coach)

7.15pm - 7.40pm and 7.45pm - 8.10pm: Coaching Minis Rugby from Ben Breeze/Craig Capel (both Bristol Rugby Community Foundation)

7.15pm - 7.40pm and 7.45pm - 8.10pm: Managing A Senior Team From Within from James Grindal (Club Captain) and Mark Sorenson (First Team Captain)

8.15pm - 8.40pm and 8.45pm - 9.10pm: Physiotherapy and Pitchside Support On A Budget from Dan Martin (Head of Medical Services) and Rory Murray (First Team Physiotherapist)

8.15pm - 8.40pm and 8.45pm - 9.10pm: How To Raise Your Commercial Profile from Suzanne Roper (Commercial Manager) and Sarah Gorvett (Commercial Assistant)

8.15pm - 8.40pm and 8.45pm - 9.10pm: Getting Your Club Media Right from Tom Tainton (Media Manager) 

8.15pm - 8.40pm and 8.45pm - 9.10pm: Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Two Nights A Week from Lee Douglas (Head of Fitness) and Andy Petts (First Team S&C)
