Bristol face Leeds in Pool Five

Bristol Rugby kick off the B&I Cup campaign against Leeds Carnegie at the Memorial Stadium on Sunday (3pm KO).

The two sides have met only once before in a cup competition, when Bristol fly-half Jason Strange rescued a draw in 2007, landing a penalty with twelve minutes remaining in the EDF Energy Cup.

Leeds and Bristol are joined by Gala and Aberavon Wizards in Pool 5 of the B&I Cup competition.

Leeds have enjoyed a bright start to the 2013/14 season. Following a narrow loss to Nottingham on the opening day, the Yorkshiremen beat Cornish Pirates (27-20), Bedford (29-28) and Ealing (64-3).

Following Sunday's fixture with Bristol, Leeds continue their B&I Cup campaign against Gala at Clifton Park (Oct 20).
