Robinson makes six changes for Blues
Bryan Rennie makes his first competitive start since October 2012 as Bristol Rugby prepare for the challenge of Bedford Blues at the Memorial Stadium on Sunday (3pm KO).
The centre is the only change in the backline, while Director of Rugby Andy Robinson makes five changes to his pack ahead of the Greene King IPA Championship clash.
Mark Lilley is included for his first competitive appearance of the season, while James Hall also comes back into the side.
Ben Skirving is selected alongside skipper Mark Sorenson in the second row and James Merriman and Nick Koster also return. Redford Pennycook (foot) and Kyle Traynor (head) are unavailable.
Nicky Robinson and Jason Hobson are named among the replacements, while Rhys Lawrence could make his fiftieth competitive appearance for the Club from the bench.
