Filton centre receives BRIS Trust Award
SGS Filton College rising star Lucas Slowik received the Carol Humphreys Memorial Bursary Fund for 2013.
Receiving a cheque for £1,000 from BRIS Trust Chairman Andrew Humphreys at half-time on Friday, the England U17 centre will use the funds to accelerate his development.
The BRIS Trust will be hosting a quiz night on Tuesday, 16 April (7.30pm start) at the Inn On The Green in Horfield. The event will see teams of 4-6 - including players and management - go head to head.
