Prop to appeal against RFU charge tonight
Jason Hobson will appeal against a twelve-week ban on Tuesday evening.
The prop was charged for biting centre Bevon Armitage on the arm - an act contrary to good sportsmanship, contrary to Law 10.4(m) – during the RFU Championship fixture on Saturday, 24 November.
Hobson denies the allegation and will have his appeal heard by an RFU disciplinary panel at Bristol Filton Holiday Inn.
The Panel will comprise Philip Evans (chair), Dr Julian Morris and William Harbage QC.
