Exiles yet to record away win this season

Bristol go in search of a third successive RFU Championship victory when London Scottish visit the Memorial Stadium on Friday (7.45pm KO).

The Exiles ended a run of five straight losses in all competitions last weekend, overcoming Moseley 23-18, courtesy of tries from Mark Irish and Gerard Mullen.

Simon Amor’s men – who currently sit in ninth position – have four wins to their name this season, but none away from the Richmond Athletic Ground.

There a number of Bristol connections in the Exiles’ ranks, with a host of former players likely to return to the Memorial Stadium this evening.

Front rowers Mark Irish and Alex Clarke racked up three-hundred appearances between them for Bristol, while Chevvy Pennycook and Josh Brown graduated through the Club’s Academy.

Richard Bolt spent a year with Bristol during the 2010/11 campaign, before joining Harlequins.

Following Friday’s clash, Scottish face a B&I Cup double-header with Llanelli (Dec 9 & Dec 15) before returning to league action against Newcastle (Dec 23).
