Winners announced at Avon Gorge prize draw on Wednesday
The winners of the 2012/13 Championship Club were revealed on Wednesday evening in Clifton.
Thirty-seven companies from across the city gathered at the Avon Gorge Hotel to find out whether they had been successful in the draw.
Prizes on offer included branding on the matchday shirt, branding on the matchday shorts, pitchside advertising and player sponsorship.
Commercial Manager Suzanne Roper said: “We’re delighted with the Championship Club this season.
“Companies are realising that they get exceptional value for money with this package and we’ve seen an increase in numbers year-on-year.”
“With Head Coach Liam Middleton and captain Iain Grieve among those in attendance, Deputy Chief-Executive John Portch drew the lucky numbers at random.
“I am delighted for all the winners and we look forward to working with all Championship Club members throughout the season.”
The 2012/13 Championship Club winners are as follows:
First prize (branding on matchday shirt) – Monahans: Monahans are a leading firm of chartered accountants with offices in Bath, Chippenham, Glastonbury, Swindon and Trowbridge.
Second prize (branding on matchday shorts) – Blenheims Estate & Asset Management: Blenheims are specialists in property; offering block and estate management services for leasehold/freehold residential and commercial buildings.
Third prize (Full hospitality at an England fixture at Twickenham) – Finders Keepers: Finders Keepers provide Corporate Hospitality for companies and individuals wanting to cement business relationships and create business opportunities.
Fourth prize (pitchside advertising) – McDavid: McDavid offers sportmedical and sportsprotective products for different levels of protection and support.
Fifth prize (player sponsorship) – The Post: The Post is the biggest daily newspaper in the South-West region.
