Williams Suffers Hamstring Injury In Moscow
Winger ruled out of England's European Grand Prix title win

Matt Williams was ruled out of England’s FIRA AER Grand Prix Sevens success in Moscow after sustaining a hamstring injury.
The winger was one of three players to miss out, with Nick Royle (hand) and Jack Preece (knee) also picking up knocks.
England completed a clean sweep on day one with victories over the Netherlands (33-14), Wales (35-12), Georgia (47-7) and Russia (19-14).
Ben Ryan’s men continued their rich vein of form on the second day, beating Ukraine (19-7) and seeing off Spain (22-7) in the semi-finals.
England scooped the Moscow Sevens title with a closely-fought 21-15 win in the final.
