Foundation Scoops Sixth Successive Parliamentary Award
Bright Sparks programme receives Impact Award

Bristol Rugby Community Foundation captured their sixth Parliamentary Award in six years yesterday evening in a ceremony at the House of Commons.
The Bright Sparks programme scooped the JP Morgan Asset Management Impact Award, beating off competition from the Community departments of Gloucester and Saracens.
Chief-Executive Ben Breeze accepted the accolade, which recognizes the positive impact on a social issue.
“We’re delighted to win our sixth award in six years,” said Breeze. “It’s further recognition to the hard work and passion that the Foundation put into designing our programmes.
“Bright Sparks is independently funded and uses the essence of rugby to change the lives of young people in Bristol.
“The programme develops year on year, and that’s a testament to the hard work of all the staff.
“Next year, Bright Sparks is expanding from six to eight schools into North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.”
Everybody at Bristol Rugby would like to congratulate Ben and the Community Foundation team for this fantastic achievement.
