Samoa clinch title after 27-26 victory over Japan

Fautua Otto helped Samoa to an impressive Pacific Nations Cup success with a 27-26 victory over defending champions Japan in Tokyo on Sunday.

The Samoans finished the four team competition with three straight wins and, despite being 16-0 in the final against the host nation, fought back to clinch the trophy.
