Agonising Defeat For Eadie's Scotland
Scotland go down 30-29 to France at the Junior World Championship

Scotland U20 came agonizingly close to recording their first win in the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship, going down 30-29 to France in Cape Town.
Mitch Eadie switched to the back-row and delivered an impressive performance, helping the Scots into a narrow lead late on, before France prop Sebastien Taofifenua powered over with two minutes remaining to seal the win.
“We’re really disappointed,” said Eadie. “We bounced back from the Australia result and put in a brave performance against a strong French side.
“To lead with two minutes to spare gives us confidence, and if we compete like we did against Argentina we have a chance of winning.”
Scotland U20 have one game left in the group stages, when they take on Argentina U20 at the University of the Western Cape at 1.45pm on Tuesday 12 June.
