Andy Robinson - Director of Rugby
Andy Robinson was confirmed as Director of Rugby at Bristol in February, 2013.
The hugely experienced 48-year old has a wealth of experience, having previously been Head Coach of England and Scotland, as well as coaching on the British Lions tours in 2001 and 2005.
Robinson achieved Heineken Cup success with Bath in 1998.
Sean Holley - First Team Coach
Sean Holley was appointed First Team Coach at the beginning of the 2013/14 campaign.
Holley helped the Ospreys win Celtic League titles in 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012, while the Welsh Region were Anglo-Welsh Champions in 2008 and Heineken Cup quarter-finalists three years in a row in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
The longest serving Regional Coach in Wales, Holley has worked at all National Team levels including Wales Sevens and was an Assistant Coach with the Senior National team in 2009.
Matt Ferguson - Scrum Coach
Matthew Ferguson joined Bristol Rugby during the summer of 2012.
The former Cardiff Blues Forwards Coach has held a number of roles in the RFU, including working alongside Graham Rowntree on the 'Scrum Factory' programme.
Mike Hall - Academy Manager
Mike Hall joined Bristol at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Hall worked with the Ospreys for two seasons before spending five years at Worcester Warriors as a Performance Analyst.
He graduated from Exeter University in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Exercise & Sports Science.
Hall is an RFU Level 3 Qualified Coach.
Matthew Sherratt - Academy Coach
Matthew Sherratt joined Bristol at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Sherratt spent four years as an Academy Coach at Worcester Warriors, having previously worked with Gloucester Rugby EPDG, Gloucestershire and Cheltenham Rugby. He specialises in back play and attack.
Sherratt is currently undertaking an RFU level 4 coaching qualification.
Lee Douglas - Head of Fitness
Lee Douglas joined the Club at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Formerly Academy S&C Coach at Worcester, Douglas departed Sixways after seven years, before joining Edinburgh as Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Douglas graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning & Coaching from UWE. He also has an Msc in Sport & Exercise Science from UWIC.
Andrew Petts - Strength & Conditioning
Andrew Petts joined Bristol Rugby during the 2007/8 season. Andrew began as an intern before progressing through the ranks.
As well as being responsible for the conditioning of the first team squad, Andrew is the Team Manager for the 2012/13 season.
Andrew graduated from UWIC and has a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. He is currently being certified by the NSCA.
Tom Hargroves - Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach
Tom Hargroves joined Bristol at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Hargroves graduated from UWIC with a Msc in Sports & Exercise Science in 2010.
Hargroves brings with him a wealth of experience in elite sport, having worked with Badminton England, Pittsburgh Panthers and Bristol Rugby during the 2009/10 campaign.
Dan Martin - Head Physiotherapist
Daniel Martin joined the Club at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
Prior to the role, Martin enjoyed five seasons with Newport Gwent Dragons Rugby Club.
Martin previously worked at Widnes Vikings Rugby League, before a stint with the Wales Sevens team ahead of the 2006 Hong-Kong Sevens.
Rory Murray - Physiotherapist
Rory Murray joined Bristol Rugby during the 2011/12 season.
After graduating from the University of Ulster in 2007, Murray cut his teeth with the Sports Institute of Northern Ireland and Ulster Rugby as an Academy Physiotherapist, before joining the Club's backroom staff.
Jonathan Williams - Team Doctor
Jonathan Williams joined the Club as team doctor during the 2010/11 season.
In this role he is responsible for planning the medical strategy for Bristol Rugby and accountable for its delivery.
A sports physician at Bristol University’s Centre for Sports, Exercise & Health, Williams is a keen marathon runner and triathlete.
Stuart Powell - Video Analyst
Stuart Powell joined Bristol Rugby on a full-time basis in the summer of 2012.
Following a year-long internship during 2011/12 campaign, he is responsible for coding and analysing games as well as assisting with Bristol Rugby TV.
Powell completed a Masters in Performance Analysis at UWIC in 2011.
Neil Williams - Club Statistician
Neil Williams has supported Bristol Rugby since watching his first match in February 1971.
He has been involved behind the scenes with the Club continuously since 1987-88 season.
Neil maintains all the club playing records and updates press, management, players and supporters with information. On matchdays he liaises with the onfield officials to ensure that all RFU paperwork is completed.
