Louis Silver joined Bristol from Worcester Warriors at the beginning of the 2011/12 season. The 20-year old, a product of the Worcester Academy, made his full first team debut for the Warriors in a 23-22 defeat by Gloucester on May 2010.
Silver made three appearances for Worcester during the 2010/11 season, playing twice in the British & Irish Cup against Currie and Newport while featuring once in the RFU Championship against Birmingham & Solihull.
