Tom Channon joined Bristol Academy at the beginning of the 2011/12 season. Channon, enrolled at University West of England, will train with the Club alongside his studies. Formerly of Newton Abbot RFC, the 20 year-old has represented England Counties, South West England and Devon at U20s level.
Channon studied at Torquay Grammar School, playing rugby since the age of 7. He is a versatile and powerful scrummager with the ability to play in all three front-row positions.
