Roy Winters joined Bristol from Harlequins in 2005. The lock-forward has a wealth of experience and was named Guinness Premiership Player of the Month in March 2007, narrowly missing out on the end-of-season Player Of The Year award.
The Club Captain has been capped at England A level, as well as making two appearances for the full international squad on the 2007 tour of South Africa. Winters has made 165 appearances for Bristol, scoring six tries.
