The Chairman's Club

Bristol Rugby are offering the opportunity for you and your business to get involved with the club through a unique scheme: the Chairman’s Club.

There are two packages available – corporate membership and an individual supporters membership.

Bristol Rugby Chief-Executive Steve Gorvett said:

“The scheme allows supporters of the club and their guests to relax in friendly surroundings and enjoy first class hospitality while watching Bristol Rugby. The Chairman’s Club is a great way to entertain customers and clients, reward staff or just have a memorable experience out with family and friends.“

Individual membership

Supporters can sign up for the year 2011 by making a £25 donation to the club. As members, you can receive:

  • Annual briefing of the club’s position by the chairman
  • Access to players and club staff at pre-season BBQ and end-of-season party
  • Weekly team news and press releases emailed to you
  • Inclusion on Chairman’s Club membership board at the Memorial Stadium

Members also have the opportunity to enter the Chairman’s Club quarterly draw at the end of March, June, September and December. The first quarterly draw will be held on 31st March 2011 and prizes will include:

  • A hospitality box for 15 people for one Bristol game
  • 2 tickets to the Aviva Premiership final

  • Signed club shirt

  • Coaching session for the club/school of your choice

Corporate membership

With three different twelve-month packages designed to suit a variety of needs and budgets, the Chairman’s Club provides businesses with a chance to follow the fortunes of the club in 
style.

GOLD

For £500 per month by direct debit, or an annual membership of £5,000, Gold Package members have:

  • 2 player appearances at event of your choice
  • 10 match tickets for 2 Bristol home games of your choice

  • Match sponsorship of a Bristol home game including 100 terrace tickets
- Hospitality box for 15 for 2 Bristol home games

  • 6 England international tickets (Six Nations or Autumn International)

  • Fully funded trip for 6 to a Bristol away game
  • Private dinner with club directors and coaches once a year for 4 people
  • Use of Bristol Head Coach for one-day corporate event

SILVER

For £200 per month by direct debit, or an annual membership of £2,000, Silver Package members have:

  • 2 player appearances at event of your choice

  • 10 match tickets for 2 Bristol games of your choice
  • A hospitality box for 15 for 1 Bristol home game

  • 4 England international tickets (Six Nations or Autumn International)

  • Fully funded trip to Bristol away game for 4 people

  • Private dinner with club directors and coaches once a year for 2 people

BRONZE

For £100 per month by direct debit, or an annual membership of £1,000, Bronze package members have:

  • 2 player appearances at event of your choice
  • 10 match tickets for 2 Bristol home games of your choice
  • 2 England international tickets (Six Nations or Autumn International)

  • Fully funded trip for 2 to a Bristol away game

All packages include acknowledgement of membership in the matchday programme, a framed and signed club shirt, entry into the Bristol Rugby business directory and access to a private bar at the Memorial Stadium (Club House front bar).
