Welcome to the 2013 'Break The Cycle' challenge. We are delighted to announce the launch of the THIRD year of Bristol Rugby Community Foundation's primary fundraising event.
The funds raised by the teams in 2012 event not ensured that our hugely successful TAG rugby programme continued delivery throughout the entire 2011/12 academic year but confirmed delivery in the 2012/13 in tough financial times.
Furthermore, the 2012 funds have joined new sponsors to enable the launch of new programmes such as our Girls' participation programme called the Eagle Project (check out dedicated website section for details)
The programmes we deliver are proven to change the lives of some of the most disaffected young people in our community today. We not only show them the consequences of poor choices in their life but show the benefits and rewards of making positive and informed choices.
We engage and educate, not lecture without rapport. What we do is a preventative measure against anti-social behaviour and potential imprisonment, we inspire young people and help them unlock their potential.
Put simply, these programmes would not exist without the support of the 'Break The Cycle' event and so we urgently require 101 teams to join us in this professionally organized cycle challenge with an aim of raising £101,000!
Please don't just read this, get involved and ENTER THE CHALLENGE
