INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Bristol Rugby Community Foundation website section. The pages in this section of the website will give you an insight into the wide variety and diversity of programmes the Foundation currently deliver.

Bristol Rugby Community Foundation is a registered charity (Reg No: 1137395) and so all funds raised by, or given to the Foundation go directly towards achieving our charitable objectives.

There are bullet points and/or short explanations for each programme along with a contact email if you would like further information and how to get yourself, your school, club or organisation involved with Bristol Rugby Community Foundation.

Bristol Rugby Community Foundation has been an integrated part of the regional delivery strategy by delivering programmes on behalf of, or in partnership with, Bristol City, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset Councils, Premiership Rugby, Great Western Round Table, SITEC, Jelf Lampier, Safer Bristol, Avon Fire & Rescue Service, SERCO, Second Chance Project, NSPCC, Avon & Somerset Police, Genius Consultancy and Bristol News & Media Limited to name but a few.

Partnerships with the Bristol Rugby Community Foundation have helped deliver a variety of educational messages through high quality rugby coaching to over 9,000 designated young people throughout the Bristol Rugby ‘catchment area’ and has proved to be a highly effective way of delivering educational messages and criteria, delivering corporate social responsibility and raising brand awareness throughout Bristol and the South West of England.

Bristol Rugby Community Foundation has had the honour of winning six major national and regional awards since May 2008, they are as follows:

- The EDF Energy All Parliamentary Award for Innovative Programming for the Inferno Programme in 2008
