BRISTOL RUGBY 'CLUB TOGETHER' SCHEME

One of the primary goals of the Bristol Rugby Community Department is to 'engage and integrate' as many of the mini/junior sections in the Bristol Rugby catchment into Bristol Rugby.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Community Development is the sheer diversity of rugby clubs in the Bristol Rugby catchment. Bristol Rugby welcomes players and clubs of all sizes and backgrounds, and would like to give every club the opportunity to benefit from its schemes.
To this end, the Bristol Rugby has designed the 'CLUB TOGETHER' scheme where rugby clubs of all sizes and development can benefit from what Bristol Rugby can offer.

LEVEL ONE: GET STARTED

USE OF THE BUNGEE RUN AT A FAMILY DAY/FESTIVAL TO HELP RAISE FUNDS
The Bristol Rugby Community Department are starting a brand new scheme to help local rugby clubs raise invaluable funds for their mini and junior sections by assisting them at their rugby club family day or festival. The Community Department would like to offer the free use and staffing of its inflatable bungee run which the club can charge a small fee to each participant to use. The scheme has been officially launched after successful pilot schemes at Frampton Cotterell RFC and Avonmouth OBRFC during the summer of 2009.

LEVEL TWO: JOIN US ON A MATCHDAY

THE SUPER SUNDAY MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
Not only have the honour of hosting a fully staffed Bristol Rugby coaching session for your entire mini/junior section but experience the pitchside atmosphere of a Bristol Rugby matchday first hand! Any club can enter the 'Club Together' scheme at Level Two by partaking in the hugely popular Super Sunday Matchday Experience. LEVEL THREE: 'CLUB DAY OUT'

SERIOUSLY DISCOUNTED TICKETS
All clubs who have participated in the Super Sunday Matchday Experience in the 09/10 season qualify for the 'CLUB DAY OUT' discounted ticketing scheme. Level Three clubs will be given significant incremental discounts on a Bristol Rugby fixture OF YOUR CHOICE! Bristol Rugby are aware of the fact that some clubs are bigger than others and so the key to this discount is that all rugby clubs involved in the 'CLUB TOGETHER' scheme will be listed on the website and so if you are a small rugby club you can 'club together' with another Level Two rugby club and take full benefit from the offer by buying your tickets at the same time!
150 tickets = 30% discount on total ticketing bill
250 tickets = 35% discount on total ticketing bill
350 tickets = 40% discount on total ticketing bill
ONLY CLUBS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE SUPER SUNDAY MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE CAN BENEFIT FROM THE 'CLUB DAY OUT' DISCOUNTED TICKETING SCHEME

LEVEL FOUR: WE COME TO YOU!

BRISTOL RUGBY FIRST XV PLAYER APPEARANCE AT YOUR MINI/JUNIOR CLUB DINNER.
All clubs that take advantage of the 'CLUB DAY OUT' will have the opportunity to host two Bristol Rugby First XV/Academy players at their mini/junior club dinner. Not only that, Bristol Rugby will provide your club with a Bristol Rugby match shirt signed by the First XV squad to either put up in your club or raffle off to raise funds for the mini/junior section. The choice is yours…
Lastly, (and by no means least) all clubs that partake at Level Four of the 'CLUB TOGETHER' scheme will have the right to put the Bristol Rugby 'CLUB TOGETHER' badge on the collar of all the shirts in their mini/junior section - a real honour.
ONLY CLUBS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE 'CLUB DAY OUT' WILL BENEFIT FROM THE LEVEL FOUR 'WE COME TO YOU' OFFER

All rugby clubs that enter the 'CLUB TOGETHER' scheme will be listed on the Bristol Rugby website so that you can see who else is involved in the scheme and smaller clubs can contact other smaller clubs to benefit from the maximum discount at Level Three.

There is absolutely no charge to join the 'CLUB TOGETHER' scheme and although participating in Level Three and Level Four will cost money (Super Sunday Matchday Experience and Club Day Out), I am sure you will agree when you participate, the CLUB TOGETHER SCHEME is fantastic value for money and give your mini and juniors a season to remember.
