Mike Hall - Academy Manager

Mike Hall joined Bristol at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.

Hall worked with the Ospreys for two seasons before spending five years at Worcester Warriors as a Performance Analyst.

He graduated from Exeter University in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Exercise & Sports Science.

Hall is an RFU Level 4 Qualified Coach.


Matt Sherratt - Academy Coach

Matthew Sherratt joined Bristol at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.

Sherratt spent four years as an Academy Coach at Worcester Warriors, having previously worked with Gloucester Rugby EPDG, Gloucestershire and Cheltenham.

Sherratt is an RFU level 4 qualified coach and, in 2012, attended the International Rugby Academy New Zealand, working with All Blacks coaches Graham Henry, Mick Byrne and Mike Cron.



Jonathan Harris-Wright - Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jonathan Harris-Wright joined Bristol Rugby ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.

Harris-Wright is responsible for the conditioning of the full-time Academy members, as well as overseeing the the Club's EPDG fitness programmes.

Having studied at St Mary's University, the 27 year old - whose brother Jason has previously represented the Club - spent two seasons with London Irish Academy.


Eoin Power - Academy Physiotherapist

Eoin Power joined as Academy Physiotherapist ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.

Having formerly worked as a Physiotherapist with the Craig Bellamy Foundation in Sierra Leone, Power will work with the Academy players to monitor and aid athletic development.

Power studied at University College Dublin and Southampton University, before completing an internship with Bristol Rugby Club.


Dani Vicary - EPDG & First Team Sports Rehabilitator

Dani Vicary joined Bristol Rugby at the beginning of the 2012/13 season.

Dani graduated from University West of England in 2011, having studied Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation BSc (Hons).

Accredited by BASRaT (British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers), she has completed an internship at Gloucester Rugby, as well as working with Hartpury College providing pitchside cover for the U18 men and women’s sides.


Neil Loader - EPDG Coach

Neil is currently an RFU Level 3 qualified coach. He has been working for the RFU since 2009 and currently holds the position of Rugby Development Officer for Bristol & Districts.

In 2003, Neil coached Rugby Parma U21 in the Italian Top 10 Championship. He was Head Coach at L’Aquila Rugby and Rugby Lyons Piacenza in the Italian Top 10 and Serie A respectively.




Keith Leaker - EPDG Coach

Keith is an RFU Level 3 qualified coach and RFU Three Unions Coach Educator. He is currently Director of Rugby at Gordano Sharks, having previously been Head Coach for six seasons.

Keith has vast experience of coaching across all areas of the game, including Gloucestershire U17s and Bristol Schools of Rugby. He also currently coaches the University of Bristol Women’s First Team.


Dave Alcock - Sports & Exercise Psychologist

Dave joined Bristol Rugby on a consultancy basis in the summer of 2011.

Dave offers Sport Psychology support to the first team and Full Time Academy squads. Dave qualified as a Chartered Sport & exercise Psychologist in 2006.



Camilla Henderson - Sports & Exercise Psychologist

Camilla Henderson joined Bristol Rugby at the start of the 2013/14 campaign.

Having completed the British Psychology Society Applied Psychology degree at Bristol UWE, Camilla went onto Loughborough University to complete a BPS Masters in Sport & Exercise Psychology.

She is currently in her Stage 2 process, training under the Health Professionals Council and BPS in order to attain her status as a chartered Sports Psychologist.
