Steve Gorvett - CEO
Steve is a former Bristol Rugby player who took over as CEO in August 2008 having spent three years as the club's Director of Finance.
Steve reports to the Finance and Commercial Group and also sits on the Rugby Advisory Group.

John Portch - Deputy Chief-Executive
John Portch joined Bristol Rugby at Chief-Executive in 2003, following the Club’s relegation from the top-flight.
A keen supporter since 1950, Portch helped to steer Bristol Rugby back into the Premiership and was appointed Deputy Chief-Executive when Chris Booy became Chairman.
Lesley Duvenage - HR Manager
Lesley joined Bristol Rugby in Summer 2010. Previously, she worked for Old Down Country Park managing accounts and payroll.
Lesley oversees all HR responsibilities and payroll for the Club as well as delivering accounts for the Community Foundation.
Alec Bellamy - Financial Controller
Alec joined Bristol Rugby as Financial Controller in June 2007.
He supports the Finance Director and is responsible for the day to day financial running of the Club.
Suzanne Roper - Commercial Manager
Suzanne joined Bristol Rugby at the start of the 2008-9 season. She is responsible for the Club's commercial operations, including sales, advertising and hospitality.
She boasts an impressive CV of many years experience in the Health and Fitness industry, working for companies such as David Lloyd, Esporta and Bannatyne Fitness.
Steve Gray - Ticketing and Retail Manager
Steve has been with Bristol Rugby since summer 2005 and is responsible for all the club's ticketing and retail activity.
Louise Sharp - Ticketing Assistant
Louise joined Bristol Rugby in September 2009, working in the Club Shop in The Arcade (closed) and at the Memorial Stadium on match days.
She joined the Operational Staff at the Club’s offices in pre-season 2010/11, assisting Ticketing Manager Steve Gray with sales and processing.
Tom Tainton - Media Officer
Tom joined Bristol Rugby during the 2010-11 season. He is responsible for the club’s communications strategy.
Before joining Bristol, Tom completed an undergraduate degree in Journalism at Southampton Solent University and worked for Infostrada Sports in Sydney.
Ben Breeze - Community Foundation CEO
Ben is a former professional rugby player of 15 years with Bristol Rugby, Newport Gwent Dragons and Exeter Chiefs who represented England and Wales and A and 7s level.
The Loughborough graduate reformed the Bristol Rugby Community Department in 2007. Reformed as a charitable foundation in September 2010, the Community Foundation have won 5 Parliamentary Awards in 4 years.
Neil Williams - Club Statistician
Neil Williams has supported Bristol Rugby since watching his first match in February 1971.
He has been involved behind the scenes with the Club continuously since 1987-88 season.
Neil maintains all the club playing records and updates press, management, players and supporters with information. On matchdays he liaises with the onfield officials to ensure that all RFU paperwork is completed.
