New signings hard at work in preseason

With Adrian Jarvis reporting for training this week after England Saxons duty in Canada and North America, five of Bristol Rugby's six new signings are hard at work with only Vunga Lilo yet to arrive.

Lilo, the Tongan international, only recently finished playing in the Pacific Nations Cup for his country and will link up with his new team mates at the end of this month.

Meanwhile, Sam Alford, Chris Ashwin, Junior Fatialofa, Adrian Jarvis and Robert Sidoli have all been hard at work this week at the club's training base at Clifton RFC.

The team is now in its second phase of training with three sessions a day scheduled several times a week and the whole squad are looking fit and ready for action as these pictures clearly show.

Phase three includes a residential training camp in Devon which concludes with the first preseason friendly of the summer against Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park.
