By Duncan Wood
Listed below, for members of the media, are details of how to apply for accreditation for Bristol Rugby vs Llanelli Scarlets on Sunday October 28th.
How to apply for media accreditation:

If you wish to attend the above fixture, please email duncan@bristolrugby.co.uk before the deadline of 4pm on Thursday October 25th stating which publication/ television channel or radio station you are representing.

Also state whether you are a journalist, photographer or cameraman as this will help us to assess your application and prepare passes to allow access to the appropriate area of the ground.

Photographers must be able to provide proof of commission and we can only accommodate a certain number per game. It is possible that we may not be able to grant every request.

Please remember to list a contact number in the event that we have to ring you.

If you do not contact us before the deadline, we will not be able process your application.

If necessary, call Duncan Wood on 07771 944915.

Confirmation of accreditation will be by email and will not take place until the accreditation deadline has passed. If you do not receive an email by 12 noon on the Friday before the game, please call Duncan on the number above.

Pre match:

If you have requested and been allocated parking, it will be in the Civil Service Car Park on the other side of the Muller Road traffic lights. If you are approaching up Muller Road having travelled down the M32, turn right at the lights instead of left to the stadium as directed and it is immediately on your right.

On arrival at the Civil Service Car Park, the steward at the gate will have a list of all media who have registered to attend and will direct you to your allocated parking space.

Once parked, please make your way to the media room which is situated behind the clubhouse in the Stadium and to the left hand side of the club offices.

Our Matchday Press Officer, Duncan Wood, will be there from 1pm onwards (for a 3pm kick off) to help you find your bearings and make your visit to Bristol as enjoyable as possible.

Duncan will provide match programmes and team sheets as well as issuing ground passes (where appropriate) and match tickets.

Refreshments will also be available in the media room.

Post match:

Post match interviews with Richard Hill and a representative from the visitors' coaching staff will be held in the media room.

Duncan will bring the coaches to the media room approximately 20 minutes after the final whistle.

Duncan will also take requests for individual player interviews during this time and make appropriate arrangements.
